Project Assistant for IT Customer Support Services
The Customer Service Support area of IT would like to hire two (2) Project Assistants. The pay is $14/hour and 20 hours a week for each one.
The duties of this position will be to assist with drafting a marketing plan for the year, maintain and improve IT’s social media presence, design and create marketing materials, edit press releases, maintain marketing contacts throughout UNM, create and maintain different marketing venues within the university and outside public relations contacts. They will be involved in the creation, review of marketing material for the different audiences – students, staff, faculty as well as assist with public facing service catalog and service description entries. The project will be focused on increase our marketing efforts in all types of media.
