Application Instructions
The following information is provided to help the prospective student successfully apply for admission to the Construction Management (MCM) graduate program at the University of New Mexico. Educational Background | Applicants without a BS degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, or construction management can be admitted to the program but must demonstrate proficiency in a series of related courses. This series of courses is available on the department website. |

Test Scores | GMAT or GRE scores are required. |
Letter of Intent | The letter of intent should summarize your qualifications and professional goals. Please try to limit to 2 pages. |
CV/Resume | Not required for acceptance, but highly recommended. |
Relevant Coursework | An undergraduate baccalaureate degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent) is required for courses in the major field of study over the last two undergraduate years. Enter in this section courses in you major field of study over the last two undergraduate years with course grades. |
Video/Audio Link | Not required for acceptance, but may be uploaded if you wish to include in your application file. |
Assistantships | To be considered for assistantships, applications should be received by the deadline indicated above. |
Recommendations | Three (3) letters of reference are required. |
