Guidelines for Adding a Transcripted Graduate Certificate (ATGC) in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, Computational Science and Engineering, Quantum Science and Technology, and Ethical AI for Autonomous Systems

Currently enrolled graduate students who wish to add a transcripted graduate certificate in:
- Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies
- Computational Science Engineering
- Quantum Science and Technology
- Ethical AI for Autonomous Systems
may do so using this form.
The student completes Section I of the ATGC form and submits to the Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies; Computational Science and Engineering; Quantum Science and Technology Program; or Ethical AI for Autonomous Systems.
The graduate unit/department completes Section II of the ATGC form, clearly indicating their decision. After the form is signed it must be sent to Graduate Studies.
The deadline for submission of the ATGC form to Graduate Studies is no later than the last day of the second week of the term in which the addition is to become effective.
