PAST DUE Mar 1 (master’s students): Submit your Program of Studies for review.
May 16 (doctoral students): Submit your Application for Candidacy by the last day of the spring term.
May 16: Deadline for programs to submit the summer 2026 graduation list,but we recommend early submission if you have any students who want to walk in the spring commencement ceremony.
Two weeks before your thesis/dissertation defense or examination: Students must submit the Announcement of Exam form.
July 15 (@ 11:59pm): Deadline for submission of all degree requirements, including thesis/dissertation manuscript, report of examination, etc.
