Graduate Faculty and Directors
The graduate faculty, graduate program directors, department chairs, academic deans, central administration and the graduate dean play critical roles in the successful design, implementation, and oversight of strong and competitive graduate programs. Collectively and cooperatively, these individuals serve as leaders and mentors within the UNM graduate education system.
The graduate program directors and department chairs also work closely with their administrative support staff (Graduate Studies NET) in monitoring current student progress throughout their programs, working collaboratively with staff in Graduate Studies, and in providing/enhancing support for our graduate students.
As mentors, our graduate faculty provide individualized support and mentoring of graduate students, particularly at the doctoral level.
This particular site is provided by Graduate Studies as a direct resource to our graduate faculty and graduate program directors to assist in maintaining rigorous and competitive academic graduate programs and in achieving exemplary mentoring/advising of our graduate students throughout their academic programs of study.
